Cancellation Policy

At Hair by Lillian I understand that unforseen circumstances arise and sometimes cancellations need to be made. I request that 48 hours notice be given when cancelling or there will be a charge of 50% of the service for last minute cancellations and no shows. Thank you for your understanding.

In regards to larger appointments like balayage, extensions and colour corrections, you may be required to leave a non refundable deposit in order to book the appointment.
